We deliver quality work on time and within budget.
Since 2008, we have provided Magnolia services to B2B and B2C organizations as well as to large financial services organizations. We are located in Malvern, Pennsylvania, in the heart of greater Philadelphia’s technology corridor. Our clients like our collaboration and partnership, applaud our efficiency and appreciate our focus. As a result, we foster long-term relationships based on mutual respect, success and reward.
Our values influence how we work and have direct bearing on the success we create for clients.
We achieve success through our collaborative and team-driven culture, and we build our teams with people who are instinctively inquisitive, imaginative and inventive.
Our people like to challenge old thinking and champion new ideas, and we do so with the sole purpose of creating successful client outcomes.
We learn continuously and engage in R&D to keep pace with evolutionary and revolutionary technologies that keep our solutions fresh. Our people gain professional satisfaction and strengthen their chops by challenging their comfort zones.
We learn, we adapt and we move quickly. We can zig and zag, but we do it with a straight focus and purpose.
Meet our founders
Director of Business Solutions
Marty Ronky has nearly 30 years of application development, analysis and software solution engineering experience. For most of his career, he has led development and implementation teams that have launched many of the largest direct banks in the U.S. as well as for institutions in more than 20 countries. His hands-on experience integrating front-end servicing systems, third-party applications and processing systems of record proves invaluable to Magnolia systems integration projects.
Prior to co-founding NRG Edge, Marty was an executive vice president for FIS (formerly Fidelity Information Services) where he led a global services group that designed and developed Internet and intranet banking channels. Marty holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics from University of Scranton and Pennsylvania State University, respectively. When he's not helping clients reach their goals, Marty can be found rooting for Penn State and Philadelphia's professional sports teams. He also enjoys playing his five-string banjo in a band called Crepitus.
Director of Technology Solutions
For nearly two decades, Sebastian Napoli has led development teams in the design and implementation of software servicing solutions. He is an entrepreneur, a CMS solution architect and a leader in the development of innovative mobile and Web-based applications. As an early adopter and innovator of open source software, Sebastian is an evangelist for the use of modern technologies that allow for the development of simpler, less-bloated software solutions that can be implemented and maintained at reasonable cost. He has engineered Magnolia solutions since 2006, and believes the success of an organization’s digital experience rests not only with its CMS, but on the ability of that CMS to work dynamically in all channels and within the organization’s larger systems and application ecosystem.
Sebastian has partnered in the start up of three software development and consulting companies in the greater Philadelphia region and has been a long-time solutions consultant to FIS (formerly Fidelity Information Services). Sebastian holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and a graduate degree in Software Engineering, both from Pennsylvania State University. When he's not busy guiding the growth of NRG Edge, Sebastian spends time with his growing family, waxes nostalgic over the era of muscle cars, and makes homemade wine, which he then "donates" to unsuspecting friends.
